Please note that e-liquids, coils, and disposable devices are final sale for safety and hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the unopened items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and spare parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for verification.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for compliance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
